To support the provision of a credit facility, the undersigned hereby agrees, jointly and severally where applicable, to guarantee and indemnify Mark Fisher Carshalton Ltd ("the Supplier") in respect of all amounts payable by the Applicant named in this agreement.

This guarantee:

Operates as a primary and independent obligation.
Covers all present and future sums owed by the Applicant.
Continues in full force until all outstanding amounts are settled in full.
Is not affected by any changes to the Applicant's structure, ownership, trading status, or credit limit.
Allows the Supplier to pursue the guarantor(s) directly if the Applicant fails to pay under the agreed credit terms.
Is enforceable without the Supplier first having to take action against the Applicant.

I accept that credit accounts must be paid strictly within agreed terms (standard 30 Days EOM). I understand that interest, statutory compensation, and reasonable administrative/recovery costs may be charged on overdue balances under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. I agree that all costs related to debt recovery (including legal fees, court fees, enforcement charges, tracing fees, and agency fees) will be recoverable from the Applicant in addition to any outstanding balance. I agree that Mark Fisher Carshalton Ltd may suspend or withdraw credit facilities at any time without notice. I authorise Mark Fisher Carshalton Ltd to contact trade references, banks, or credit agencies to assess creditworthiness. I confirm that all goods supplied remain the property of Mark Fisher Carshalton Ltd until full payment is received, regardless of where they are stored, installed, or in transit. I acknowledge and accept that I am bound by these terms in a personal capacity where a Personal Guarantee applies.
