Returns eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
  • Not a special-order or made-to-measure item

The following cannot be returned: special-order items, cut-to-length materials, products that have been installed or used, and items marked as non-returnable at point of purchase.

How to return an item

Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of delivery via our contact form or call 0800 123 456 with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We'll send you a returns authorisation number (RAN) and return instructions. Please do not return items without a RAN as we may be unable to process your refund.

Step 3: Package the item securely. For items over £100, we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4: Send to: Limra Plumbing Returns, Unit 4 Trade Park, Birmingham B12 0AB.

Step 5: We'll inspect the returned item and process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the return. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us. We'll process a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. If the replacement is of higher value, you'll be charged the difference.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you've received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange free collection and either send a replacement or issue a full refund including delivery costs.

For items that develop a fault after installation, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty. We're happy to assist with warranty claims — contact us with your order details.
