1. Who We Deliver To

We deliver to addresses within mainland United Kingdom. We currently do not ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, or international addresses. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Fulfilment Options

We offer two ways to receive your order:

Home / Site Delivery

We deliver directly to your home or site address. Delivery is carried out by our own vehicles or trusted courier partners. Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods.

Click & Collect — Carshalton

Order online and collect from our Carshalton trade counter. Orders are typically ready within 2 hours of placement during opening hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

Large or heavy items (e.g. boilers, cylinders, bathroom suites) may attract additional delivery charges regardless of order value. Any surcharge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Please bring your order confirmation and a form of ID when collecting. Orders not collected within 14 days will be returned to stock and a refund issued.

6. Delivery of Large or Specialist Items

Some products (boilers, cylinders, underfloor heating systems, large bathroom sets) require specialist delivery. For these items:

  • Delivery will be to kerbside only unless otherwise agreed.
  • A specific delivery date and time window will be arranged with you in advance.
  • A signature is required on delivery.
  • Please ensure there is safe, clear access to the delivery point.

7. Receiving Your Delivery

When your goods arrive, please:

  • Inspect all items before signing for the delivery.
  • If items appear damaged, note this on the delivery paperwork and contact us within 24 hours.
  • Do not accept goods that are visibly damaged without making a note on the consignment note.
  • Keep all original packaging until you have confirmed the goods are in good condition.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available to receive the goods:

  • Our courier will leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions.
  • You may be charged for a re-delivery attempt.
  • If goods cannot be delivered after two attempts, they will be returned to us and you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or a refund.

9. Damaged or Missing Goods

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email markfisher.acc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
  • Do not install or use damaged goods — this may affect your right to return.
